How much do text messages cost?

You can purchase packages of text messages in your account starting at 4 cents/msg to less than 2 cents/msg. You only pay for the text messages you use, and messages don’t expire as long as your account is active.

Can I change my plan?

You can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan in your account dashboard. Upgrades go into effect immediately, downgrades take place on your billing renew date. To cancel your plan, contact

We accept all major credit and debit cards. For Enterprise plans, we support invoicing. All prices above are in USD.

Do you offer customer support?

Yes! All plans come with an onboarding and setup package with our Customer Success Team to get you up and running as fast as possible. In addition, all plans come with ongoing live chat, email and phone support Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm MST. Pro and Enterprise plans come with priority support on weekends and holidays.

Do you offer account services?
